Returns & Exchanges
At Persona, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your return and issued your refund.
